We can help you figure out whether your insurance covers any part of the procedure, or whether your employer’s flex plan can be used toward the cost. At Horizon Eye Specialists and LASIK Center we even have many attractive LASIK financing options available to make paying for laser eye surgery realistic for nearly any budget. When you calculate the expenses normally incurred by contact lens fitting exams, contact lenses themselves, contact solution, glasses and prescription checks, LASIK usually ends up saving individual’s money in the long-term. You’ll need someone to drive you to and from the procedure, but you’ll likely be able to resume normal activities (with a few exceptions) the very next day. ![]() Not only can LASIK laser eye surgery fix nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism, but it also is virtually painless and requires minimal downtime during the healing process. The bottom line? There’s no time like the present, as long as you and your doctor agree it’s the best vision correction option for you and your eyes. In those extra 10 years you would’ve saved over $5,000! And that’s not including eye exams or additional pairs of glasses, like prescription sunglasses. Let’s say you get laser eye surgery at age 22 vs. Glasses purchased every two can cost another $350 on average. Contacts and contact lens solutions can cost approximately $350 per year. The answer to this question can really only be decided between you and your eye doctor, but the sooner you get LASIK (if you’re a good candidate), the more money you can save in the long run. If you’ve been wanting better vision, without the need for corrective lenses, you can schedule it now and enter the year 2020 with 20/20 vision. And while these vision issues are often corrected through contact lenses or glasses, there are also plenty of advantages of LASIK surgery as an alternative option. This reminder will help you take a break every 20 minutes.Do you experience blurry vision, either when viewing objects close-up or from a distance? You may have a refractive error, which usually presents as nearsightedness, farsightedness and/or astigmatism. The reason we run it even when it is lying on table is because it is natural for us to get lost in work and forget about our eyes. We also have a timer that tells you when your 20 seconds are over.ģ. If you don't stop it manually it will keep running.Ģ. I think you did not see our settings section as we have made the changes you are looking for.ġ. Great idea, but pretty useless in reality. There should be an option for it to run all the time (but, again, only if it were to run only when the phone was actually being used). And, you either have to manually start the app or set it to run during certain hours. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, it doesn’t tell you when the 20 second break is up. For something like this to be useful, it should only run the timer when the phone is in your hands. And, it’s constantly telling you to take a break even if your phone is lying on the table. Which also means that it might tell you to take a break even if you’ve only been using your phone for two minutes. So, it still runs even if you’re not using your phone. Only fractionally better than setting the timer on the clock app. It’s basically just a 20-minute timer that resets itself. ![]() It’s hard to complain about free apps, but this app is pretty much useless. For now, it appears after you have used it for some time. We will implement it in our future version.Ģ) We will make sure the feedback screen is always there. Other than that this app is super helpful and I truly appreciate what you’ve done!!! □ġ) We love this idea. The only way to give feedback seems to be by writing this review. I thought this meant a way to give feedback from within the app - if so, I couldn’t find it. (2) Update 2.6 says “made it easier for you to give feedback”. For all alerts: it would be really neat if we could choose the sound that plays. That way, a user could select vibrate, or alert sound, or both, or none. Could this be fixed, and could an alert tone play as well? Ideally, I’d love to see 2 switches on the settings pane for the end of the 20 seconds: a switch for vibrate and a switch for alert tone. ![]() (1) Update 2.5 supposedly added a vibrate event at end of 20 seconds of looking away.
